- Youāll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Express ShippingĀ
- Delivery: 3ā5 business days
- Express shipping is not available for coloured units

š¦ Where is my tracking number?
Your order may show as āshippedā before it has physically left our facility.
You will know your order is officially shipped once you receive a tracking notification via email or text.
We always send trackingāif you havenāt received it yet, your order is still processing.
Please note: The only order communications we send are:
- Your order confirmation email (after checkout)
- Your shipping/tracking notification (once dispatched)
š My tracking shows no delivery date ā when will it arrive?
Once tracking is issued, your parcel is handled by DHL/FedEx.
Weāre unable to provide courier delivery updates. For the most accurate information, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
š It says you donāt ship to my country ā but you ship worldwide?
Sometimes a checkout error may appear.We ship worldwide ā please email us and weāll help resolve it:

š§“ I ordered hair products and a wig ā I received the products but not the wig
If you order hair products and a wig in one order, they may be shipped in two separate parcels.
- Products often arrive first
- The wig follows shortly after
- You will receive tracking for both parcels
ā Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order (if it hasnāt progressed in processing).
After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel as the order may already be in production/processing.
š§ How long do you take to reply to emails?

Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.
If you havenāt received a reply after this time, please resend your email.
ā Include your order number in the message for faster support.
Order enquiries policy:
š« No Instagram DMs regarding orders. Email only.
š How do I know my cap size?
Measure around the circumference of your head.
If you measure between sizes (e.g., .5), we recommend sizing up.
- Small: 21ā
- Medium: 22ā
- Large: 23ā
š What if the courier loses my parcel?
Ā
In the rare event a parcel is lost, we are not liable for courier errors.
Youāll need to contact your local DHL/FedEx directly to open an investigation and locate the package.
š³ Will I have to pay duties/taxes?
If your courier issues a duty or tax invoice, this cost is the customerās responsibility.
We do not cover customs/duties charges.

- Hair type: (Brazilian Body Wave / Peruvian Straight, etc.)
- Hair lengths:
- Wig type: (closure/frontal, etc.)
- Custom colour: (if applicable)
- Reference photo: attach an image if possible

ā Are your wigs made with 100% human hair?
Yes ā our wigs are made with premium virgin human hair.
š How long will my wig last?
With proper care, our wigs can last 2 years or more.
⨠Do your regular wigs come pre-bleached?
Yes ā our regular wigs come with pre-bleached knots.
Important: Please do not re-bleach the knots. Over-bleaching can weaken the lace and cause shedding. If you choose to re-bleach, we are not liable for resulting damage.
š Can I return my wig or hair?
We operate a no return/no refund policy?
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist.

If youāre considering opening a dispute, please contact us first ā weāre committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Disputes significantly impact small businesses, and we aim to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate.
