How long does it take to receive my Ready Made/ Custom made wig after the payment has been processed?

All products are Shipped with FEDEX/ DHL

1. Standard Shipping 
For all units it takes 5-8 Working Days to be processed / Once it’s shipped, you will recieve a shipping email which will take 3 -5 Working Days for you to receive  your wig from the day the email was sent. 

2. Express Shipping £35.00 
3-5 Working Days to recieve (Express Shipping Unavailable for Coloured Units) please direct message us if you need express shipping 

 

* Working days do not include Bank holidays or Weekends. 

*Occasionally when we are having deals, delivery times will be longer but updates will be posted on our Instagram, so keep a look out

 

Wheres my tracking number? please note your order may say shipped before it’s actually shipped, you will know your order is shipped once you get a TRACKING NOTIFICATION via email or text. We will send tracking ALWAYS. so if you haven't got one it just means it hasn't shipped, but be patient its coming. This is the only form of communication we send. Tracking Email and the initial confirmation email you get when you first place your order.

I want to order products but it’s saying you don’t ship to my country? Sometimes an error comes up showing this, if you’re experiencing this, please email to have this sorted! As we ship worldwide

I tracked my package but it’s not showing a delivery date, do you know when I will get it? Unfortunately we are not DHL or FEDEX, We are Theehairworld. once you recieve your tracking number your package is no longer in our possession. Any information you need on the whereabouts of your package you need to contact the courier, we don’t work for them so we would be unable to answer your question.

I ordered hair products and a wig , I recieved my product but the wig wasn’t in the package ? if you order products and hair in one order they will be shipped in two separate packages, you Will recieve the products first and wig shortly after, you will be sent tracking for both

Once an order is made, can I cancel it ?unfortunately not, unless it’s been 24 hours or under due to the fact that the order has been processed

How long do you take to reply to Emails? Please Allow 5 working days max for a response, if you still haven’t received one please resend it! When you’re sending and email please put your order # in the message , it makes everything easier.

How do I know my cap size? Measure around the circumference of your head, whatever the number is is your cap size. If your .5 of a number, size up.

How long does it take to recieve my bundles or lace? 3-5 working days

What if the courier loses my parcel? in a very rare case that your parcel is lost… We are not responsible or liable for any lost packages by the courier, you would need to contact the local courier to locate your package.

I want a wig on the website but i want different lengths Please email us stating the wig you want and the lengths you would like and we will get back to you with a quote.

I want to purchase one of the wigs on the website but is it possible to get a different lace system, like a frontal? Yes, if you'd like to buy one of our units but with a different lace system, please email us at theehairworld@gmail.com and a quote will be given.

I want a wig but I can’t seem to find it on the website? If you’ve seen a wig that you like on our Instagram page but you can’t find it on the website or you want us to make a wig custom to fit your preference, please email us the type of wig you want at theehairworld@outlook.com in this format:

Hair type: (body wave Brazilian/straight Peruvian etc.)

Hair lengths:

Type of wig: (closure/frontal etc.)

Custom colour: (if you want one)

And attach an image of what you want, if you can.

Are the wigs made with 100% human hair? Yes, our wigs are made with the finest quality virgin hair.

If I don’t like the wig I buy, can I return it? we offer a no return/refund policy, But if there’s a issue with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving

Can I open a dispute? In a very very rare case you’re considering opening a dispute …Please contact us first we resolve everything , we are a small buisness so disputes affect us. A dispute thought shouldn’t be anything to worry about or cross your mind anyway because we have a very high customer satisfaction rate 

How long will my wig last? Our Wigs are very good investments with extra good care our wigs can last 2 years or more. Here’s a customer review:

Our Wigs Come Prebleached Our wigs come with Prebleached Knots, please DO NOT rebleach the knots of the wig as the will weaken the knots and cause the hair to fall off the lace, if you decide to do this we are not liable.

If you happen to receive duty or tax letter from any courier we aren’t liable to cover this cost. You will be required to pay this yourself
